340B Impact

Overview

The Performance Overview page is a dashboard view of your health system’s 340B Program overall performance.  This page includes interactive visual line graphs for each of the analytic pages and realized savings amounts for each of the optimization pages.  See the summaries for each visual below.  

Drug Spend

This graph displays the total amount spent on drug purchases for the selected date range. More in-depth analytics for all drug purchases for your health system can be found on the Drug Spend page.

These analytics include accounts that split purchases in 340B Architect and any McKesson accounts that do not split through 340B Architect.

Hospital Net Savings

This graph displays the net benefit for your health system from participating in the 340B program. More in-depth analytics of hospital savings can be found on the Hospital Net Savings page.

These analytics include hospital purchases (hospital-owned retail and/or specialty pharmacies). Contract pharmacy purchases are excluded from these metrics.

Net WAC Impact

This visual displays the health system's net exposure on WAC accounts from participating in the 340B program. At least one of the covered entities within the health system must have a WAC account for any data to be displayed.

These analytics are for hospital purchases (including hospital-owned retail and/or specialty pharmacies). Contract pharmacies are excluded from these metrics.

Retail Net Revenue

This graph shows the benefit of the 340B Program across your health system’s retail pharmacies (including hospital-owned and contract pharmacies). This does not include Macro Helix testing fees. 

This visual will be blank for health systems that do not have retail pharmacies. 

Realized Savings  

This visual presents the total estimated savings the health system has realized after leveraging opportunities presented on the Optimization pages. This data is cumulative from the time the health system's accounts go live with 340B Impact.

• Generics Optimization: Total saving when leveraging opportunities being tracked from the Generics Optimization page.
• Mixed Use Optimization: Total saving when leveraging opportunities being tracked from the Mixed Used Optimization page.
• Orphan Optimization: Total saving when leveraging opportunities being tracked from the Orphan Optimization page.
