Welcome to the May 2024 Release Package. This month's release is all about User Access Management. Here you will find the resources you need to get started. 

What is User Access? 

The User Access module was created to give you the power to manage your health system's users across all Macro Helix products - without the need to contact Macro Helix Support for assistance. Within User Access, you can completely customize how you grant permissions to users, group users or hospitals/pharmacies together, add users, and much more.

What will change for me? 

For most Macro Helix users, nothing will change. Your products will look and function as usual. 

If you were designated as a User Admin via the survey sent out before this release, you will have the power to manage your users moving forward. Today, you are not required to do anything - all of your user's current permissions have been carried over and will remain the same.

• Access Management Page: Learn how to add and delete Relationships, see which users have access to a pharmacy or hospital, and check user permissions. 
• Roles Page: Here you can create and edit Roles (permissions) for your users.
• Users Page: Learn how to users/edit user details, delete Users from User Groups, send password resets, add multiple users at once, view publications, submitted cases, scheduled reports, and more.
• User Groups Page: From this page you can add, edit, and delete User Groups and grant temporary access to users. 
• Entity Groups Page: Learn how to add, edit, and delete Entity Groups and change your available list of pharmacies.
